After a 13 hr flight we arrived early and settled in to our room, which was upgraded. The bed was very comfy and the room very clean and newly refurbished. We had a very relaxing evening in the restaurant with a lovely dinner. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, namely Veronica, Noel and Vicki. Perfect hotel for a safe bed
Perfect for couple visiting friends for the weekend. We were out and about a lot so only used the room to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was suitable. There was an iron in the room.

The room was ok overall however there was only 1 outlet to charge cellphones, laptops and no charging outlets by the bed. The light switches weren't all working and the bathroom light wasn't working properly. Also there were a bunch of students staying on the same floor and we could hear them loud and clear.

Basic hotel clean and well located. Awful dining options, didn’t use complimentary vouchers so poor but plenty of places nearby. Poor cupboard space like all IBIS. Stayed several times. Very good price for the location and what we need.
