I really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only for the day. We were able to check in early (thank goodness). We were able to walk to a few places we wanted to visit. Room was nice and comfortable, and we ordered room service as we were heavily jet lagged, food was delicious.

This was an amazing property to stay at. Staff were friendly and accommodating! I asked for an early check in and they not only did that but upgraded my room! I would not hesitate to stay at this property in the future.

2 nite stopover on way to NZ. First room (deluxe) was not acceptankecax smelt very musty. After complaining we have been upgraded in way back when we stay again, also gave a late checkout, They were most apologetic. Hotel in good position, Easy city to walk around.

Pan Pacific is within walking distance of Marina Bay and Promenade MRT Station (EZ Link travel card so cheap) and can be accessed via air conditioned shopping malls straight from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed there twice and wouldn’t hesitate in returning again.

All the staff were attentive from the time of our arrival to when we depart. Upon finding out that it was our first time in Singapore, we receive a complimentary upgrade to a club room with a balcony facing the marina. Concierge service was top notch. I love the convenient of using QR code for requests during our stay.
