Hotel was cleaned , staff were nice and helpful . But in lobby smell of air fresheners was strong and annoying , that is not a major problem anyway just annoying . I didn’t like pillows , was soft specially if you have neck pain .

Best Loacation and Pool Area
Pool area was big and beautiful and nice to have bar service at your lounge/table. Room was spacious and all of the staff really friendly. The location was 10/10....couldnt get any better. Definitely recommend

Location is great. Staff is very helpful. But lately calls to front desk take much longer to get answered. So that was a bit disappointing. I had to call 5 times and none of the calls were answered. Eventually I went downstairs to speak with the staff. Also there was no bottled water in the room. I appreciate the eco-friendly choice to avoid plastic bottles, but it would be helpful to offer water pitchers to guests that can be kept in the fridge to provide access to cold water.

Fantastic hotel on river promenade for nice evening strolls and lots of dining options. MRT station right next to hotel and only one stop to Chinatown to transfer for marina bay complex. Hotel service went above and beyond expectations. Briefly mentioned at check in that we were in town to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and when we came back to room from morning sightseeing we were surprised to see a piece of chocolate cake delivered with a happy birthday message.

We stayed at the Paradox for 8 nights and had a positive experience. The room was very large, the pool was great, and the location is fantastic. The downsides were that the room was dated. We had a window that failed to close properly, bringing in street noise, that was not fixed during our entire stay. The staff is ok, but was not over friendly. Overall positive and recommended.

Great Location lovely room
Guess staying for a few days rated an upgrade and they put me in a corner room larger than I expected with some views of Clark Quay -and other sights of the city. The location can’t be beat. Clark quay right outside - restaurants, bars, people watching - and a 10-15 min walk ( if slow with the heat)to Chinatown - further but you can take the tube to Marina Bay- which you have to do at night when the lights come on.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough, from check in to check out. The room had everything that you could possibly need. It was so well designed for your stay. Staff were truly amazing. We will be back that's for sure.

Paradox Singapore. 6 night stay at the hotel, from the moment walked through the front door, greeted with smile and efficiency to make our way to our room quickly. The staff the period of stay were excellent, nothing phased them with our request's. The room was lovely and really comfortable. The restaurant for breakfast was great and made much better with staff enjoying their time on their shift, Enjoyed the banter with them as di at the Crossroads Bar. The location is terrific and plenty of walking around which included a short walk to the MRT as well as Clarke Quay restaurants which has plenty of options available. Recommend the Paradox to anyone who needs a peaceful and relaxing time away or can go out shopping which makes the Paradox central to each person requirements. From myself, Congratulations to the Paradox and the staff who made our stay memorable and easy. Thank you
