Great stay but too short
We only had one night here but loved the decor and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff from start to finish. Would recommend to friends and family and would love to return soon. Also the location is wonderful for many attractions

It may have been possible to live through the try-hard decor, but the miserliness of this hotel’s approach is pretty astounding. Make sure you don’t book a room with breakfast included because you’ll pay a premium and then be rationed to a single item what you can have to eat. Just cheap. Many better options to stay at - our mistake was trying this instead of the Intercontinental. Lesson learned.

Great hotel/location. Rooms not ready when we arrived around 3pm, but hotel gave us free drinks in bar while waiting. Service in hotel excellent…a really good choice of hotel for location and staying somewhere different to the normal chain hotels.

Awful service , terrible place
Awful stay from the get go. Arrived to chaotic entrance with very intrusive building and decorating taking place in lobby .Met by a rude bell boy who didn't communicate where to check in so we waited for 20mins next to the building site where he then processed the people in the queue behind us and when they pointed out to him that we were next he just dismissed us . We were eventually served by a rude receptionist who made no reference or apology for the state of the building .When she was explaining aspects of the hotel I asked her where breakfast was abs she snapped at me and told ke to wit u til she had finished speaking . So incredibly rude . we went to our room - very very small. Breakfast included is a joke - you can chose one item from the menu , anything else you have to pay for . You can have one cold drink and one hot drink only . No warning in advance that the hotel was going through significant and impactful building work - they should have let us know as we would have opted not to stay there . The fumes from the adhesive they used was strong so not pleasant sitting in the bar area so we ended up being in room . Awful place

Stayed 3 nights, was excited to check out tje new QT in Singapore. Fan of the chain overall however was dissapointed. Check kn and check out were both chaotic and uninformative. Noone ever explained how breakfast worked and we were charged for things we assumed were complimentary like a second cup of coffee and plain toast. There was contruction through out the lobby. Noone imformed us of this prior to our stay. There were not enough towels in the room. The door between rooms was broken on out end and someone couldve walked in from the ajoining room. The service was poor. Would not stay here again

The hotel is stunning! Design is beautiful, and thoughtful down to the last details - especially high-end the hair dryer and Kevin Murphy products. The staff are genuinely nice and anticipate your needs. The bar is cool - creating an overall vibe that is on point. We will be back!

This hotel is in a great area for the first time visitor to Singapore, an easy walk from Raffles Square MRT and right beside one of the best (and nicest) hawker sites. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are large with a wonderful bathroom and bar / bar snacks. We used the rooftop pool many times as it was gorgeous and never had many ppl using it. A wonderful hotel and experience!
