Very bad experience with smelly and ugly rooms. The bteakfast we paid for it but we couldnt use it at all. Very bad breakfast - mostly indian food but low quality. I booked a 30 sqm familly room and they gave me a 12-14 sqm room with smell of cigaretes and moisture. Manager was hard to accept the reallity i just described. Definitely not recomend this Hotel especially for around 200 $ per night

I have stayed in this property already few times, but I had a major issue with internet connection this time which was most important for me being on business trip. Hotel internet was not working properly all the time and this was not only issue with me but had seen many people complaining. However reception staff did not want to accept that there is indeed a problem and gave me a reply that previous guest in the same room did not complain about it and it is problem of my phone without knowing that I have 3 phones and 1 laptop and all of them were not working. I was astonished with response especially when I do not know the how important was internet connection for previous guest.

Nice location and staff, noisy and horrible wifi
Hotel is in a good location walking distance to 2 MRT lines. Condition of hotel is decent, age is definitely showing but still kept nicely. WiFi was a big problem and could not use it entire trip. Street noise from construction was horrible in the morning. Staff was friendly and tried to help with WiFi but did not get a reliable WiFi signal for our entire stay.
