Back at the home, the spacious, fenced-in backyard is an oasis for water lovers and sun seekers alike, the sparkling inground pool providing relief from the heat and hours of fun splashing or swimming laps. The connected spa will help you soothe those aching feet after a day exploring the area, with surrounding chaise lounge seating available to help you relax and unwind with a good book and refreshing cocktail. Try your hand at a round of ping pong while the grill master in your crew whips up a delicious barbeque lunch under the shaded patio. The outdoor smart TV keeps you well-entertained while lounging under the breezy fan or dining al fresco at the table with seating for 8.

• Parking available for 3 vehicles – 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 45 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is mounted above the garage, actively monitoring the front yard and driveway. The second is mounted above the pool, actively monitoring the back yard and pool area.
