Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were spacious ! The pillows and the parking were terrible. The hotel offers parking but many nights we had to park far away from the hotel because there are so many labeled spots for specific players club members and over 5 spots designated for police officers. Never were any of the spots utilized in the 5 days we were there. Lastly, all the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly with the exception of one male who was miserable every time we encountered him. He was not a good face for the hotel, we dreaded needing to ask anything when he was working.

The most I’ve laughed at a hotel front desk
We chose to have our small company’s Christmas get together here as it was central to all of us that work remotely, and the rooms looked pretty great for a reasonable price. Check in was great, front desk ladies were super friendly and we were all BS’ing and laughing more than I have at any check in! Everything was very clean with the exception of one pillow case that appeared to have a water stain..just tossed that to the side. Breakfast at the Fuel American Grill was GREAT! 4 of the 5 of us also won on the casino floor.. and this was seriously the first time I’ve ever had an enjoyable casino experience. Thank you!

I got two rooms next to each other and one room had a fantastic shower in it. the room next did not was surprised to pay the same price for a room that was not as updated as the other. the old fashion bathtub was the only set back of the room.
