Great Hotel near the highway
This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve had the joy in staying in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast area were nicely decorated. The pool and whirlpool were clean and unusual. We enjoyed the real eggs at breakfast and the coffee was great too. My only complaint was that there was only one staff member at check in. For such a big hotel, this made for a longer wait.

Booked for the VIP benefits - a room upgrade that I had to ask Expedia to get for me (took a while via the app) Another VIP benefit was the free drink - I got the token for it, but the bar hasn’t been open for a bit… Communal areas of hotel (including and especially the elevator floor) were dirty. Room was clean and whilst a bit tired, was decent. Pool area was nice (pool is an indoor/outdoor one) with pool towels provided. Gym was very basic, but has a bench and good set of dumbbells. Breakfast was OK - although I haven’t ever had paper plates and plastic cutlery in a hotel before…

Incompetent staff. We checked in around midnight and within a couple of hours the same lady checked in another couple to our room. So we were rudely awakened in the middle of the night with people entering our room. I’m traveling with an infant and was terrified and so scared for my and my baby’s safety. Could not sleep for the rest of the night. When we were checking in it was also conveniently left out that we did not get the king room that was booked but a queen room was given.

I always stay here when visiting my kids from out of state. Ran into some snags this time that I’ve never had before. The manager was amazing making it right with us. Will continue to stay here when visiting.

Loved our stay! Nice spacious clean room and great hot breakfast. Nice pool and their courtyard with koi pond is great! The front desk has fish food for them!
