I Hated that Afrer Making My Reservation, Paying in Full up Front and Then Driving a Ways Out of My Way, the Hotel Was Completely Sold Out and I Was NOT Refunded and There Was NO AGENT with Expedia for Me to Talk to Only a Computer Generated AI Which Kept Hanging Up on Me. While the decor was nice and room clean, it mostly terrible. Phone didnt work in the room. Desk staff either wasnt trained properly or didnt care enough to do a good job at making sure the breakfast area was clean or stocked. The pillows in the room were about 12x12 so not actual bed pillows. The tub didnt drain well so while taking a shower the water stayed above ankle deep. And the AC didnt work well. Outdated or poorly maintained machine. Having worked for the Super 8 chain and stayed in their hotels before, i expected way better for the amount of money i had to pay for this room. To sum up it was like this property gave minimum effort. Eill not stay again or recommend
