Featuring an outdoor hot tub, XL pool, and basketball court, as well as a two-stall garage, indoor fireplace, and gaming area, this place has it all. Displaying modern furniture and an upscale environment, The House is sure to make your stay truly memorable.

THE SPACE

The House- Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in the heart of Sioux Falls. The property manager is located within the neighborhood to quickly and easily help guests if requested.

Kitchen- All fully updated with brand new appliances. Lots of windows to let light shine in and ample seating. Fully stocked coffee bar and kitchen loaded with basics and beyond.

Bedrooms- New mattresses with luxury bedding, a variety of pillows, sound machines, nightlights and black-out blinds for privacy and rest.

Living spaces- Modern furniture offering plenty of sitting room. Lots of entertainment is available from the big screen TV, to video game consoles, board games, and more!

Bathrooms- Each bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and common amenities within the shower. Also provided are a toddler friendly toilet seat and step stool.

Family-friendly- This property has everything needed for vacationing with children such as kid-friendly dishware, a dining room booster seat, a bathroom step stool, and child-friendly toilet seat, and more! Let us know if you have children joining so we can do our best to accommodate their wants and needs.

Backyard Oasis- XL above-ground swimming pool measuring approximately 18 ft wide by 34 ft long (open seasonally) with a locking gate restricting access to the pool deck. The hot tub is open year round and located outside. The home also has a patio off the dining room, basketball court, fenced in, spacious backyard, 2-stall garage, and more!

Great property, clean and well taken care of Great neighborhood. On hot days a/c had a hard time keeping up set at 72 but got up to 78 inside the house a couple days . Great landscape well designed getaway ❤️❤️ it!!

Best experience ever!
We were blown away by our entire experience with this property! Everything was a notch above what is typical--the decor, cleanliness, entertainment options and layout of the house served our group of 6 adults well. We enjoyed easy meals together using all the necessary kitchen supplies down to the ample amount of silverware and coffee. We had a great time unwinding on the sport court, pool deck and jacuzzi. Even the communication was prompt and positive. Highly recommend! Next time we're hoping to bring some grandkids!

Beautiful Getaway with Friends
The "House on Bonnie Ct" was a wonderful getaway destination for four of us to catch up as old friends. The house was immaculately clean and had a delightful decor that was welcoming. The game table in the basement saw a lot of card games during our three night stay. We loved the hot tub and hope to return when we can enjoy the very large pool. This place had everything we hoped for and working with host Mariah was a breeze.

Amazing property and host!!
Wow, this place is great!! Very clean and spacious and Mariah was very welcoming and great at answering any questions we had! We didn’t use the pool since it’s December but we really enjoyed the hot tub, the gaming systems, the basketball court, and tons of games to play! Very comfortable and cozy! We were comfortably able to fit 4 adults and 5 kids with the room and bed options! We are hoping to stay again sometime when visiting Sioux Falls!

Easy, comfortable, homey
The process getting into the home was super easy. The lights were on and it felt like we were home. Everything was as Mariah said it would be. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. Two soccer families shared the home and it was perfect. The kids had plenty of games to choose from, they enjoyed the basketball court and the hot tub. In the midst of a crazy soccer weekend the home was the perfect pkace to put up our feet and relax. Much gratitude!
