Not AmericInn quality standards here.
The hotel room was clean but not very insulated from noise. Anyone walking down the hall you could hear especially when shutting thier room door. Breckfast option were very limited to only carbs & not many choices with them. I personally witnessed the kitchen attendant clean up some spilt scrambled eggs with his hand from off of the counter & throw them back in the warming pan & mix them in with the rest of the powdered egg mixtured in thier. The gravy for the bisquit and gravy offering had little no sausage in it. Another gripe we had is the hotel texts you asking to review thier services at 8 AM on the morning you are leaving and we were wanting to sleep in that morning being a Saturday. Our room only had 1 bar of hand soap in the bathroom & no body soap for the shower unless you use the hand soap at the bathroom sink. Also. We noticed the side enrty door would never lock closed so anyone could enter without a key. Somthing broken on that cuz it had a key swipe enrty lock but the door never closed all the way after entry so it remained cracked open & unlocked.

The morning of checkout, the lock on my door quit working and I was not able to get into my room. There was no urgency to fix it even after I repeatedly mentioned that I had to leave for an appointment. Eventually, the non-ambitious maintenance employee was able to pry the door open. Not that I was expecting a refund, but I wasn’t acknowledged or apologized to over the major inconvenience that this caused. Everyone just went about their way. Oh, and the front desk clerk knew which room it was as soon as I mentioned the problem. Apparently, this lock has been causing issues. Overall, for being a newer facility, it was ok. My room had a funny smell, but everything else was ok.

Great amenities
Great hotel and amenities. Hot tub and lounge serving pizza, beer and wine were great. Only complaint was not having my room ready when I showed up at 1:45pm even though I paid for early check in at 1pm. However, they were accommodating and moved me from king bed room to 2 queen bed room so I could get into a room right away.
