We reserved and paid for a rollaway bed and was told by the clerk who checked us in that it would be delivered to our room by 8 pm. We did not get it until 9 pm. The other clerk’s excuse was he did not get on shift until 8 pm and knew nothing about it. Then the clerk who checked us in showed up and gave me a blank look when I confronted him about the situation. I found out they had to launder the linens for the rollaway bed. I had one tired and cranky 6 yr old on my hands since it was past her bedtime.

Property was good. The traffic noise from the highway was very loud in the morning, but we also forgot to have the fan run for white noise.

The hall ways were dark and dirty. The pool was green and smelled like algae like a fish tank smell like. The hot tub was cold and smelled too. There were no vending machines.
