Think twice before booking
Upon checkin, AFTER paying for the room, you are told that you are required to pay an additional $2.50 in cash as a resort fee and you can’t have your room keys until you pay the extra fee. THEN you are told you need to pay another $100 deposit which I still haven’t gotten back. Once in the room, the A/C was extremely loud, the sink was broken, the tub would not drain properly, the bed is hard, there was no shampoo not soap.. not even a pen in the room. This was the cheapest quality hotel I’ve stayed in… Not because of the brand or the hotel itself… But because of the way it’s being run.

There’s other hidden fee to this hotel and didn’t like the room either so I didn’t stay and I been requesting my money back from you guys because I didn’t appreciate the hotel looks nor the hidden fees and charges that’s not added on this hotel you should make them put up there will be a extra 100 dollar’s charge to actually stay in there hotel rooms.

Watch out for bed bugs and bad management
One of the WORST hotel stays we have ever experienced. After checking in, we discovered bed bugs in our mattress. After letting the front desk employee know about the issue, he offered to change the sheets as there were no rooms left available. Since that was definitely not an acceptable solution, we requested a refund and did not complete our stay. 4 days later, we find out that our request was denied by their management. Definitely avoid staying here if at all possible, you will regret it!

Remote for TV didn’t work. No dial tone on the phone. Could not set time on the alarm clock. Had to call front desk from cell phone to have them come look at the TV. When told about the phone and alarm clock he said he didn’t fix those things. Pool area was dirty and hot tub water was murky. Won’t be staging at an Econo Lodge again.

The hotel was in rough shape! The air conditioner was extremely loud and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything especially if you are on the bottom floor! The door in our bathroom was so humidity logged it was peeling off. It also had a disgusting odor to the room as soon as you opened the door! I would not recommend this hotel.

Overpriced; under delivered
Check-in was lackluster and unengaging. The clerk had a cell phone in one hand and computer mouse in the other as he apparently used both to verify my reservation, and then logged my card number in by hand. The room was way overpriced at $166.80 with tax. At that price, we expected a nice room and nice facility, not the rundown property that it is. When we reserved the room, we stated there would be 4 people. The room came with two sets of paper thin towels. Traveling with an 8 and a 5 yr old, we had two platform queen beds, neither were comfortable. Room remained warm & muggy all night despite AC set very low. Continental breakfast was minimum at best but likely met someone's criteria. Best part was the indoor pool for the kids, but no towels in the towel bin. It's a tired property with tired furnishings. We won't stay here again. I passed up less expensive selections expecting more, but won't be fooled again.
