Location is perfect for downtown shopping, dining and entertainment. Rooms need updating and bed is hard as a rock.

The property is conveniently located and close to downtown area and Falls Park. The common areas of the hotel are quite nice and well kept however there are some maintenance and cleaning issues like mold on the bathroom ceiling and mildew on the wallpaper in the bathroom, paint damage and wear and tear on the furniture. Appreciate that a door key is required to enter the property late at night.

First - I reserved the presidential suite. King suite with a jetted tub for $300 a night. When we arrived the guy did a WHOLE lot of clicking on the computer only to tell us they had a problem with the whirlpool tub and instead were putting us in a standard king room for $170 a night. BS - they gave our room away to someone. So we get to the king room in the UNRENOVATED block of rooms. Everything in the room was tired looking. The desk was worn, the bed frame was worn. Just tired looking. The funny part is that there was a welcome basket on our room addressed to BOB. I opened the card - they gave my room away and then gave Bob's room away. While we were at dinner they came in and stole Bob's basket back.

There was a bit of a hiccup during checkin. The manager was awesome. She rewarded us 40000 Hilton reward points and also 2 free drinks at the bar as well as 2 free breakfasts. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We ate dinner at the Crave restaurant on site. Absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.

Excellent stay
This a charming hotel in downtown, on a stream. It has an excellent restaurant, and a Starbucks. As our plane was leaving early in the morning we were concerned if their shuttle went that early. They don't, however,they have a contract with Lyft who picked us up and delivered us to the airport, free of charge. The room itself was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was super nice with a walkin shower.
