The staff was super friendly and offered suggestions on dining. The room was very clean. The breastfast was good and offered several options. Will stay here again next time we are in Sioux Falls.

Understaffed and cold
Our room was very cold when we arrived. It took about 6 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are handled by one person at night. It’s not a full bar. The restaurant wasn’t open at the hours listed.

Checked in put me in different type room that I had reserved . In that room toilet didn’t work . Moved to another room . Tried to turn on tv remote didn’t work . Staff did come to change batteries, that didn’t work had to get new remote ( front desk person made effort to take care of issues ) . Once got settled 45 minutes after checking in rest of stay was fine .

I was expecting a functional restaurant/bar and grill. Checking in was great, but the girl at the desk after was very unfriendly, I think her name was Louise. I had asked for a for a wake-up call, which I did not get. Room was excellent as far as cleanliness 👍👍. Breakfast ok!

Definitely staying here when in Sioux Falls!
Great place to stay! Bed was very comfortable and the room was huge. Bathroom has a nice walk in shower with excellent water pressure.
