Villa Zen is a beautiful villa with magnificent sea views, situated on the highest part of a hill in the Levantina neighbourhood, overlooking the town of Sitges and less than 10 minutes drive from the centre with all its attractions and sandy beaches. It is less than 30 minutes drive from Barcelona El Prat Airport.

This Mediterranean-style house, with 4 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people, is spread over 2 floors plus a third where the pool is located. The entrance is located at the top of the villa, where there is parking for up to 2 cars.

The first floor is intended for the relaxation of all guests with all the rooms located here. There are 2 double rooms that share a magnificent bathroom with an Italian shower, as well as a hot tub that opens onto the terrace with stunning sea views. One of the rooms has exclusive access to this terrace and shares the same beautiful blue views.

In addition, there are two other bedrooms from which you can contemplate the sea, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds.

Both share a bathroom with a shower. Parquet flooring has been used on this floor to make it more welcoming.

Going down the stairs we reach the open-concept living room that reflects the modern Mediterranean lifestyle, colorful and simple at the same time. Terrazzo tiles, vaulted arches and large windows offer panoramic sea views from every corner of this room.

These are some of the unforgettable features of the living room. It includes a dining table that seats 8 and a comfortable leather sofa facing the fireplace. On the opposite side, there is the fully equipped kitchen with a bar table, grey slate walls and orange ceiling that is an invitation to cook the most imaginative local meals.

The chill out area is a true zen retreat with a cushioned sofa and exposed wooden beams. It opens onto a beautiful seafront terrace with exceptional views, the perfect place for family gatherings in the sun while enjoying a barbecue. Following the stairs, you can access the little gem of this villa: the small private white coral sand beach.

The large outdoor pool is surrounded by palm trees and an orange tree with a place for sun loungers where you can sunbathe. It is a paradise at your feet, do not miss the opportunity to stay in this magical villa to enjoy a dream holiday!

- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after 00:00, there is a supplement of €50

- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
