Our one-night stay was absolutely wonderful. Every employee had a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a truly relaxing atmosphere. The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding—staff went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute requests. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to visit again!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL****** It’s advertised as luxury but is no better than a holiday inn… in fact the beds at holiday inn are better, the beds are two single beds pushed together advertised as a super king size, when bought to the attention of the management the response is that’s what most hotels do? Yes maybe cheap low budget hotels but not ones advertised as luxury, complete RIP OFF. Worst hotel in Kent.

An always perfect place to stay.. Hempstead House has always been for several years, my get away hotel even for one night. Its a beaufitful place to stay in and all the staff are lovely and welcoming..

Lovely stay

I had a fabulous trip away for my birthday. This was the 3rd time coming here. The last time was 5 years ago for my 40th so thought I'd replicate it for my 45th. Both were solo trips. The pool is lovely, the massage and facial is booked were amazing and the afternoon tea was fabulous. The only downside was the dinner on my birthday. I'd stipulated it was my birthday on booking and been told they'd do something special for the dinner but other than a few sparkles on the table saying happy birthday it wasn't even acknowledged by any of the wait staff. The female staff couldn't even summon up a smile. (The male was friendlier but still not even a word about my birthday) I wasn't sure expecting much but just to be wished happy birthday would have been nice. 5 years ago I got a plate with petit fours and happy birthday written in chocolate but this time nothing. Had I not made a point of it being a birthday dinner would have been different but I had and been promised something. On the plus side the food was lovely. And the rosé wine was the best I've had in a long time. breakfasts were also good and freshly made with plenty of choice for both continental and cooked.

Had a beautiful solo stay here, I was in room 4 at the very top of the building, my room was beautifully accented and extremely comfortable with exquisite quality furnishings. The spa treatments are wonderful and I felt utterly pampered. All the staff are friendly, polite, welcoming and professional, the food although not all to my taste was of excellent quality and freshly prepared. Will be booking an afternoon tea here with friends as it looked delectable.
