Welcome to my home!

I am pleased to welcome you in my charming house of 170 square meters which has a nice GARDEN and a GARAGE; and which is located in Six-Fours-les-Plages.
It will be perfect for a quiet vacation with family or friends and can accommodate up to 8 people!
You will stay 6 minutes by car from the city center and 12 minutes walk from the Bonnegrâce beach.

My house is charming and well equipped!
It will be perfect for a vacation with family or friends.
It can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of four bedrooms with four double beds and a child's bed; a fully equipped kitchen; a very clean bathroom and a living room with a television and a dining area, where you can have your meals or relax after an intense day.

During your stay you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Garage, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Barbecue, Microwave, Oven, Iron.

You will also have a beautiful garden which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days. It has outdoor furniture!

A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

My house is located 6 minutes by car from the city center, where you will find everything you could possibly need!
You will be close to various bars, restaurants and shops; and for your daily shopping, you will find the "Market Six-Fours-Les-Plages" and the "A Dong", respectively 3 minutes and 4 minutes walk away.

The beach of Bonnegrâce is the closest to the accommodation and is 9 minutes away by foot! As for the others, the Coudoulière beach is 6 minutes away by car, the Portissol beach is 12 minutes away and the Cros beach is 8 minutes away.

Visit the city and discover must-see sites such as: the Tower of Sanary-sur-Mer (11 minutes by car); the Saint Nazaire church (12 minutes); the ZOA Parc (16 minutes); the Frédéric-Dumas Museum (12 minutes); the Underwater Trails (8 minutes); the Port of Sanary (13 minutes); and many others...

Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, Nähe Meer, Einkausmöglichkeiten, verkehrsberuhigt. Allerdings ist die Wohnung in keinem guten Zustand: das Dachfenster ist undicht und es regnete auf das Bett herunter. Die Dusche im EG hat einen verschimmelten Duschvorhang und der Abfluss ist verstopft. Die Dichtungsringe der Waschmaschine sind verschimmelt. Die elektrischen Rollladen im EG sind batteriebetrieben und leider leer. Die Kontaktperson der Agentur interessierte sich leider nicht für die direkt zu Beginn beschriebenen Möngel und kümmerte sich nicht weiter um deren Behebung während unseres Aufenthaltes.
