The villa “Kitesurf 350m Plage De Sable” enjoys a peaceful setting just a few steps from the beach of Six-Fours-les-Plages, offering an ideal place to stay for water sports and nature lovers. The 140 m² property consists of a bright and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 10 people in optimal conditions. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan, a washing machine and a dishwasher. For the little ones, a baby bed and a high chair are also available.
The outdoor area has been designed to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate. The villa has a classic swimming pool, a landscaped garden, a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, as well as a barbecue for convivial meals outdoors. Guests are requested to keep the pool clean during their stay, otherwise an additional charge will apply. The privacy of the property guarantees peace and quiet.
The surrounding area offers a multitude of activities suitable for outdoor sports and leisure enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity, it is possible to practice kitesurfing, sailing, paddleboarding, jet skiing and scuba diving.
