Summary:
This property features a newly renovated Carriage House, private 2 story unit featuring an open floor plan with an eat in kitchen, living room, full bath, private deck & a brand new addition of a 2nd bedroom on the main/first floor. The upper level features a full size bath, 1 queen & 1 full size bed w/ half wall for partial separation. A semi-handicapped walk-in shower w/ bench is on main floor. This unit sleeps 6 & can accommodate 8 people w/a very comfortable queen size pull out sofa bed. The entire property compound has two other units (a 1 bed/1 bath Upper unit with a 2 bed/2 bath lower unit in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house currently under renovations that will be completed by July 2022. All building combined, will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum). Please note Email us for more information.

Fully furnished with linens, livingroom and kitchen ammenities. Our suites are located on Genesee Street a short walk, bike or drive to the center of the village just minutes away. Best VRBO I have ever stayed in😊
This VRBO is on a property with two other houses…owned by same family…All vacation rentals👍just minutes from downtown Skaneatles . It’s a wonderful location —gorgeous/beautifully decorated—-comfortable beds and quality bedding— homes are remodeled , very clean, and well stocked… The owner Debbie is very attentive…and always available 😊We have stayed many times and at a few of their locations . I give them an 11!!!

The rental is just a 2 to 3 minute drive to the quaint, lovely town of Skaneateles on the most beautiful lake I've ever seen. Great shopping in the little stores in town. The carriage house we stayed in was immaculate, updated, nicely decorated and well appointed. We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. Communication with rental agent was perfect. Nice, clean place
We were very comfortable here for a few-day stay. The host was communicative before and during the trip. It was a bit more a walk into the town than I expected, so we drove most of the time, but there was always easy parking in Skaneateles.

The owner of the property was very communicative and responds right away to any questions you may have. The place was very clean and well maintained..linens and bedding were all very comfy! Quiet getaway
The house was very clean and comfortable, and Debbie was easy to contact. We had a few questions about how to turn the heat on, and she responded right away! The backyard was a great place to drink morning coffee, and the house is close to town. We enjoyed doing some shopping while we were there!

Pup Perfect Location
First time taking our “Girls” (two small senior terriers) with us to see how they would handle a change of scenery. The location was great with the yard being perfectly suited to sniffing and exploring. The downtown area was dog friendly and so close.
