In a peaceful rural setting just ¾ miles from the glorious sandy beach at Chapel St Leonards, these three beautiful, detached properties offer a superb base for holidays at any time of year. Commanding views over pastureland, adjacent to the owners’ small working farm, they boast a high quality of contemporary décor and each cottage enjoys a widescreen TV and a TV in every bedroom. The cottages enjoy their own gardens with a private hot tub. They have also been featured as ’The Editor’s Choice’ in the Country Lifestyle and Leisure magazine in 2017. Fantasy Island theme park is only 3 miles and the Sealife Centre at lively Skegness is 7 miles. Locally, there are nature reserves for bird and seal watching as well as opportunities for horse riding, cycling on quiet country lanes and coarse fishing nearby. Lincoln’s lovely medieval streets and designer shops, and the vintage emporiums of charming market towns in the Wolds are also easily accessible. Golf 5 miles.
