I like it but I feel like I did not get the answers when I asked some thing, there is a bar Louie inside the hotel I order food and drinks for food service and never got the food, the next day I wen to the front desk and they say they didn’t know, went to bar Louie and say they Wouk call back but nobody did and I got charge $61.46

Absolutely Terrible- would not recommend
The first room we were in smelled of mildew and resembled something like a motel and not the high quality hotel we thought we booked. The lobby looked better than the room. We were finally moved to a different room, this room had black mold in the bathroom, central AC did NOT work and my partner was bitten by bedbugs. The next day we were moved to another room. That’s 3 rooms in two days.

The hotel has a restaurant downstairs but the rooms need to be upgraded. Stains on the sheets in the bed and floor when we arrived. Bathroom was nasty. We asked to be switched to another room or be refunded. Received a $200 credit but it’s definitely not a place recommended if you are looking to sleep in a clean room. Second room we switched to wasn’t much better. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Our stay here was not good. The rooms are old-in serious need of updating. Directly across from the rooms down the entire hallway are a row of windows opening up to the back parking lot with lots of people coming and going. In additoon, the curtains do not fully cover the entire windown so there was a portion of the room that anyone in the parking lot could see into at any time. When we left our room the second night to get dessert, the door stop latch that is inside that stops people from entering your room when you are inside latched somehow. When we informed the front desk, they came to fix it. After fixing it, they claimed we had "slammed the door to hard" and it had caused the latch to do that. Which was absolutely ridiculous. We waited about 30 min for them to fix it in the lobby at 11pm. The next night our AC was not working. It had been turning itself off unexpectedly throughout the stay, but this night it just off completely. I called the front desk around 10pm asking them to fix it or give us another room as it was miserably hot. They told us no other rooms were available and that no maintenance staff was available. In both these instances no one even apologized for the inconvenience. It was absolutely frustrating and terrible customer service. We will never stay here again.

My worst stays in a long time
The whole hotel including the room was dirty. We had bed bugs and even if we changed room is was just slightly better room. Rooms were outdates cheap and it clearly showed they do anythibg to cut corners. All rooms need to be updated.
