CARRIAGE HOUSE AT GREYSTONE

Nestled in Sky Forest, just a five-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead Village, this stylish one- bedroom guest house offers a wooded oasis on a quiet, gated 1-acre property. The open-concept living area with cathedral ceilings offers an immaculate kitchen, a smart TV, and picture windows with forest views.

Cook on the outdoor gas grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table in the back yard overlooking lush forest. Walk to local dining, antique and gift shopping.
The space
KITCHEN AND DINING

Gourmands will appreciate the immaculate kitchen, fitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful views of the property. There is a Keruig coffee maker, electric tea pot, and cooking extras including grilling tools, crock pot, blender, immersion mixer, microwave, toaster, and walk in pantry with plenty of storage space.

There is a dining table and chairs with table and glassware to accommodate four guests.

BED & BATH

This rental sleeps up to four guests. The bedroom has a new (2022)queen-size pillow-top mattress, A queen sleeper sofa with a new (2022) memory foam mattress is located in the living area. We also have a pack and play, and a twin size aero-bed perfect for younger guests available upon request.

The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and can be accessed directly from both rooms.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the dedicated area in the backyard directly adjacent to the carriage house outfitted with an outdoor gas grill, picnic table and Adirondack chairs. In warmer months play corn hole and badminton, or swing from a tree on the outdoor swing.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi (200MBPS Download/10 MPS Upload) and a washer/dryer. The garage has a 240 VAC 14-50 outlet plug available for charging vehicles for a small additional fee. Note you will need to bring your own adapter.

We provide plant-based, certified cruelty-free, paragon and sulfate free PURACY bath and body products for use during your stay.

Parking is available for one car in the garage. Street parking is not permitted. If parking is needed for an additional vehicle, it can be arranged by contacting hosts in advance of your stay.

The carriage house is located on the second floor above a detached garage and is accessed by a flight of stairs.

The adjacent main house on the property may be owner occupied during your stay. The garage and driveway are shared with the main home, but you will have a dedicated space. Please check the weather prior to coming as 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter/ and/or chains may be required.

Quiet hours are 10pm -7:30am. Parties are prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, pets, or excess vehicles.

You must be 24 years old or older to rent this property.

Nestled in the charming Sky Forest community, just a few blocks from highway 18, this home offers easy access to the attractions, services, and dining in Lake Arrowhead Village, Lake Gregory, and Big Bear.

The home is located a short walk from "Kuffel Corner" gift and antique shops, Lou Eddies famous pizza, Bear Bottle shop ( A sophisticated wine and spirits store), and a Mexican cafe. All local dining options have outdoor dining decks.

You are just a five-minute drive to SkyPark at Santa's Village, a family amusement park highlighting mountain biking and ice-skating. The closest skiing and tubing is located at Snow Valley Resort, a 20 minute drive from the property.

The property is beautiful, surrounded by forest. The unit is above a three car garage, very nicely furnished, light, and clean. A perfect place for a couple or small family to stay.
