Cute place
Nice place for a visit-- very comfortable and close to local attractions. It is a very steep drive and there isn't a view despite its name "Gorgeous View". Overall, we were pleased with everything!

September review
Good and bad to this stay. Lots of banging from roof. A log fell and shattered my sunroof. The pics were outdated and not what was in the cabin. The linen smelled dirty and unwashed. There wasn't a view to be seen which is misleading for the cabin name. Hot tub was clean which was nice.

Weekend getaway
Long weekend trip with my 2 sons. Hiking, sightseeing, relaxing. The cabin was appropriately stocked for cooking meals. Beds and furniture were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking.

A nice cabin
A nice cabin. Good communication with management company. Had a mouse issue. Maintenance put out glue traps. They were ineffective in that mouse activity was found with droppings and urine in and on a night table where a cell phone was charging. Definitely a problem that needs to be addressed going forward. Overall we had a good time. Loved the fire pit area and thank you for the firewood. The bottom of the driveway will need work soon it is crumbling where driveway and road meet. I have pictures of the mouse activity but do not see a way to add them here. I know mice are not surprising but they are a big issue for some people.

Fun nice place; but mouse poop all over
The place was very nice and we had a good time but they have a definite mouse problem. They also had the electric company working on the road so we couldn’t get in or out of our cabin several times. There is also a chair by the fireplace outside the fire pit that is broken, and I sat in it and almost died.

Some great some disappointing
Beautiful location. Bedroom with bunkbeds really a mudroom. Very humid and hard to get cool or breathe in there. Door does not close fully in that room either. Also kitchen counter smells like mold. Tired to clean myself but it needs a deep bleaching.

Nice but needs improvement
Cute cabin but deck & roof over door had alot of debris. If cleaners had a blower they could have tidied up more. Beds comfy- liked loft Cabin did have a mouse- we saw signs in AM & upon returning from day trip Quiet setting but lacks view We had a large SUV- would not recommend such large vehicle due to steep incline & switchback turns. Low water pressure in shower

Great peaceful cabin
Overall cabin and location was very nice. Spent a lot of time by the fire pit just sitting under the stars. Hot tub was essential. Great cabin for a group. Only complaints are that the previous load of towels were still in washer and were wet so someone left them in there. Also a used finger splint was found in the top bunk bed. Just a heads up.

Disappointing
We had looked forward to soaking in the hot tub but when we got in the sides were slippery with algae and the water was murky and smelled bad. In the kitchen a mouse ran across the floor. After leaving a few miles out a mouse peeked up from under the hood area onto the windshield. I’m certain it came from that place. Also, the only tub has jets and the lines I’m sure aren’t properly cleaned in between guests. The gutters are full of leaves and there is debris from the trees on the deck. We, unfortunately, can not recommend this place.

Good property.
Good communication with property manager. Missing grill- new grill arrived the next day. Flashing on roof let lose so there was a leak over the master bedroom. Maintenance there next morning with fans and will fix leak. Good property. Very steep so I would recommend 4x4 to access. Nice fire pit and bedrooms. A little disappointed that we only received a $100 refund for the leak issue. Mattress was soaked so bedroom was unusable for 1 night. Then had to spend time cleaning up and washing bedding which took a long time as we even had to wash comforter. Overall property is a 7 out of 10.

Gorgeous view cabin
The pictures are nothing like what it is now. The washer and dryer doesn’t work, there is no grill to be found. The roof was leaking the entire stay! So much the upstairs bathroom was blocked off to us. The kitchen floor stayed soaked. When we contacted them about it they said to “put a bowl under the leak”. This cabin cost to much for the only good thing to be the hot tub! Very disappointed!!
