Great communication from Hotel prior to stay, and really friendly when arrived. Nice property, and easy to get to, with parking available. Staff were really considerate and made me feel safe on a solo travel, without prompt giving a room with private shower, when purchased a shared bathroom. Only shared toilet facilities for my duration. Truly appreciated upgrade. Breakfast was good, option of full english and alternatives, alongside buffet style cereals and fruits. No wait and staff were friendly Overal, clean and nice hotel, had all the essentials. Bed, kettle and breakfast, perfect. Thank you

Great value for money. I had a room at the rear which was quiet. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Breakfast is included and is cooked fresh based on your choice,

Just right for Legoland
We were greeted warmly and in a very friendly way. Jay was engaging and was genuinely interested in what the children had to say about our trip. The room was clean and just right for us. Crossing the road in the morning for breakfast was a novelty rather than an inconvenience and, with the crossing right outside, very safe. The ladies making breakfast were lovely and friendly. The cooked breakfast was great and the coffee machine was a particular delight. The location of the hotel was right for us going to Legoland as it wasn’t a long drive to get there. One thing to note is the car parks are just after the pedestrian crossing, we missed it when we first arrived.

The manager, Jay, was welcoming and very helpful. His staff did a very good job of looking after us and were friendly and polite. Our double room was clean and well-kept. It overlooked the road, but was quiet and we slept well in the comfortable bed. The towels were changed daily, so we requested that this wasn't done and the staff complied. Giving this as an option would have upped our eco-rating to 5. Excellent parking tucked behind the building was a strong plus point for us as we have a classic car. Buses into Slough stop outside, which is very convenient. Good stay with all our requirements being met.

Manager not very helpful. Room ok but shower room grubby. Breakfast room hot and stank fried food, try opening a window. Looked like some bedrooms open up directly into the breakfast room...? Not food hygienic and kitchen looked dirty. My scrambled egg was served on a greasy dirty plate. Croissants nearly out date on wrapper. All very cheap looking.
