A good choice for Heathrow
Really nice hotel, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were all very nice and very helpful, the restaurant was ok but overpriced though as expected for an airport hotel.

We had an early flight out, this hotels T5 transport starts at 04:30 am (runs every half hour) and they also have a private car service reservation kiosk in lobby both are paid services. Room was clean area looked safe not located close to anything except the airport 10-15 minutes by bus. Restaurants inside hotel are good. They have one sit down dining on the mezzanine level, one bar with lounge and a Starbucks in lobby lounge.

We decided to stay in this property after a layover flight. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Smooth check in and out. There is a shuttle that takes you from the terminal to the hotel and back. We didn't get the chance to experience everything the hotel has to offer as it was just for a night. However, for what we could see the restaurant and bar looked nice.

Front desk could have been more helpful.we had wanted to use the spa facilities during our stay but no mention of this when checking in,a couple of hours after checking in we went down to use the spa facilities only to be told it was closed not impressed as this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.The guests above were really noisy sounded like they were playing the drums this went on till around 2am until we phoned reception to ask for it to be sorted, not good when you have an early long haul flight.. will think twice about staying here again as no apology from staff or manager.
