Room had an infestation of beetles coming in from the air conditioner. We asked to change rooms, there were none available, so the manager said he’s give us a discount upon check-out. At check out they gave us no discount. Said because it was a third party booking, they can’t. They can only offer us a discount on our next booking of comfort in directly. Not happy. Not satisfied.

The property is either new or fully renovated. Room smelled new and was clean.

The only thing negative i can say is the set up of the breakfast area. Storage is under the counters where everyone gathers and the young lady working there seemed quite frustrated when people told her something was empty and needed replenishing.

Everything was perfectly fine apart from breakfast. Could be improved. A few more hot options maybe. It was the same two days in a row. Also ran out of a few things and didn’t seem to replenish straight away. Wouldn’t stop me from staying in future. Everything else was great. Just feed back to take on board. Thanks
