Had very good experience stayed with my dog. First floor, clean room and big enough for us and the dog. Sound proofing not very good, can hear upstairs walking. But overall, good price nice staff and service!

Room had an infestation of beetles coming in from the air conditioner. We asked to change rooms, there were none available, so the manager said he’s give us a discount upon check-out. At check out they gave us no discount. Said because it was a third party booking, they can’t. They can only offer us a discount on our next booking of comfort in directly. Not happy. Not satisfied.
