We had two dogs with us, and it was great for them and they were very comfortable. This is important when my husband and I travel. The hotel was new and very clean. Bathroom shower was large and excellent.

Expedia has the property listed as pet friendly, but I disagree. My small, hypoallergenic, well trained bichon frise was charged $75 for the one night. Right beside the front door is a sign saying “Dogs not allowed on the grass.” It’s a nice enough place, with friendly staff, but I think they could do better on the “pet friendly” front. We won’t be staying there with a pet again.

I have to say that this hotel is one of our very top places to stay! It feels a little like home when we are away from Alberta. It is one of the best kept hotels with cleanliness at the top. We stayed in this hotel two years ago and upon our recent stay Margaret, “Breakfast Ambassador” who provides an amazing breakfast recognized both my wife and I from that time. ( my wife looks forward everyday we are there going down for the waffles. She says they are the best she has had). The rooms are modern, large, and well kept. Very quiet and well managed. Thank you, Hampton Brockville Ontario and to the staff for your warm welcomes, daily conversations and making a point of recognizing all who enter in. We are always a little sad when we leave knowing we will not get as great a service at our next stop as what you provide. Patty and Spencer❤️

The reception area very welcoming Coffee tea always ready Small store to purchase chips nachos salsa etc Large dining area Our room very spacious , clean, modern design beautiful colours , very welcoming Only thing missing was a second chair We were two people and we wanted to sit and have a glass of wine but only one chair Ee called the desk and asked for a folding chair They immediately sent one up
