I was rapt in the reception when we arrived. The young lady was extremely helpful and pleasant, a real asset to the business, the complete opposite to the woman when we checked out. She may have been having a bad morning. The accommodation and meals were perfect. Jo

Have stayed many times at the Tall Timbers in the lakeside cabins over years and the quality of the stay has not dropped one bit. Fantastic place, always spotlessly clean and great service and restaurant.

Getting accused of smoking in our room when we have a children staying with us really made us feel unwelcome at the end of our stay no less the management checked our room not a cleaner absolutely unnecessary not a nice way to end our stay
