"We had an absolutely great time at this cabin. The 2 amenities we wanted most was a real fireplace (not a gas or electric insert) and a hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed both! The owner had plenty of firewood for us to use and we kept a fire going pretty much the entire stay. The only issue we had, which was very minor, was some intermittent connection issues with the WiFi, but that was no problem at all because the point of our stay was to unplug from life and enjoy Ruidoso.5/5 Stars, Will absolutely be staying here again in the future!!"

"Beautiful log cabin, well appointed, lovely setting. Lots of deer and turkeys walking around which we had hoped to see.Two addl minor items. The kitchen sink did not have hot water, The master sink faucet was loose. I had to juggle it to get it completely off.It was disappointing that the wifi, and TV internet were turned off on or before 7:30am, some 3.5 hours prior to our 11:00 a.m. check out. Understand being efficient and saving but that should be done at 11 a.m. or after. Would recommend and stay there again."
