The price was ok. I always clean my room when I first get there. The pool was full of bugs swimming around. The breakfast ran out so quickly not enough staff to keep up with demand. The hallways had a terrible smell to it and was very stained.

The bedroom was fairly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The workout room seemed unclean and no cleaning supplies were available (wipes inaccessible & cleaning spray empty), smart tv not easy to use (google login required to log into streaming services, but TV very glitchy). Staff was attentive.

Ive never wanted to leave a hotel sooner. Where to start... I stayed at this Best Western for 5 nights. They didnt clean my room once. I even specifically talked to the front desk 3 times about it, requesting for the room to be cleaned. I found multiple roaches and large spiders in the bathroom. The toilet did not flush properly and at all times smelt rancid. Something was wrong with the plumbing. Most of the lights in the room did not work. There were about 5 lamps and only 2 turned on. People were running and yelling in the hallways at 4am for 2 night straight. The sink only ran piping hot water. I could not wait to leave, worst hotel experience ever.

The manager was very accommodating and nice,the rest of the staff was incompetent. The rooms were dirty hair in shower dirty sheets not to mention the sheets had a very sticky feeling. the elevator broke, the maids were rude .

No reliable TV service, slow shower drain
My biggest gripes were the lack of reliable TV service and the slow shower drain. The TVs were not connected to the internet in the room or the gym. After a scanning for channels with the internal antenna I was able to get the room tv to pickup channels but they were inconsistent and would flicker out often. The tv in the fitness area wasn’t able to scan for channels at all. The shower drain slowed considerably and I asked for maintenance via the hotel text messaging option. No one ever replied. The times I went by the desk on the way in/out, the line was too long and I didn’t want to wait. Why offer a texting service if it’s not being utilized?

Great entry but that is where the greatness ends.
The lobby and dining area were beautiful but unfortunately that beauty and cleanliness did not go into the rooms. The toiled had poop in it, there was clumps of hair in the bathroom, pieces of food on the floor in the bed area, 2 roaches that we saw in the room, no hot water and only 2 towel for 4 people. I asked for more towels and the GM looked at me like I had 3 heads. The GM also said he couldn't check me in and had to wait for who I assumed was the owner or famy of the owner to check us in. When I checked out and told the clerk there was no hot water, he seem to not care in the slightest that our stay was less than stellar and brushed off my complaint. The beds were very well worn and it seemed as if the renovationo ey went into making the entry beautiful but only dressing up the well worn room to seem pretty.
