Experience quintessential Snowmass in this unique, lush mountain estate located on 1.5 acres, perfectly positioned on the Elk Camp Gondola ski run. This ski in/out 5-bed, 6.5 bath family home is spread out over 4 floors & can sleep 12 with an unforgettable outdoor setting. Listen to the river cascading down the mountain past the home as you dine in the meadow dappled with lupine & local wildflowers in the summertime - this home is one for memories and experiences to last a lifetime.

Nestled at the end of a private road, your lupine estate boasts a gardeners-haven cozied up against Snowmass Mountain. Inside you will find four floors laid out for a multitude of uses. On your entry-level there is a media room that can be converted into a bedroom with pull-out queen XL-sized sofa bed and ensuite bathroom as well as two additional bedrooms: each with a set of twin beds and connecting bathrooms. Travel upstairs to discover the kitchen with Garland 6-burner gas range and ovens, dining room, and living room with wood-burning fireplace. Walk outside to access the in-ground hot tub and expansive backyard that opens to the Funnel ski run above the midway station of Elk Camp Gondola. Moving upstairs again you will find a second, larger living/family room with piano, seating area, and wood-burning fireplace; a queen-sized bedroom with ensuite bathroom and covered deck, and a half-bathroom. On the top floor you'll find the primary bedroom with king-sized bed, gas fireplace, deck, and views stretching across the expansive yard out to the ski run; as well as another king-sized bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Your exterior paradise is what makes this home truly special. In the summertime, every outdoor area boasts the sounds of running water from one of many streams that pass by the property. The lush greenery of meadow dappled with aspens and wildflowers travels up Snowmass Mountain - you don't gaze out at another home, but private expanse and nature. Stroll across your private lawn & strap on your skis to access the Funnel ski run above the midway station of Elk Camp Gondola - the location is the epitome of ski in/out. Whether winter or summer, the expansive beauty of this property is one of a kind.

PLEASE NOTE:

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $1000 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. Airbnb is only able to charge for the first 7-nights so, if you book for over 7 nights, we will send you the remaining pet fee through the resolution center after booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $5000 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

The house was slopside at Snowmass. You could not beat the location. It was comfortable and fit all of our family. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 ovens and dishwashers. The management staff was very responsive.

Perfect location! Doesn't get any better for ski in and ski out! Plenty of room for our party of 11. Every room has a bathroom. Kitchen is a little small for big group & hot tub needs a little maintenance, but everything worked fine. Team is very responsive to questions and help. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic location and house. Hot tub needs a lot of work, pieces falling off and water level going down. Blower runs despite the switch/timer being off. I did call property manager about these 2 days before departure but couldn't get company out to look at Water pressure for a house like this was completely unacceptable. Has twin water heaters but one appears that gas is off and cannot run two showers at the same time without running out of hot water. Again at $5k/night, unnaceptable Otherwise excellent location and condition of house outside those two items. Good check in

Weekend stay
Had a great stay at the lupine estate. The house is very large and clean. The outside area is beautiful and peaceful. Located next to the ski lift. The property could use some updates throughout. There is no AC which is not a problem with the windows open except for the master bed/bath which stayed warm even with the windows open. Overall nothing that impacted our stay too much but worth noting.
