So the suite was not vacuumed and we found a finger nail. Also 2 of the shower knobs were missing screws and the ceiling lights by the front door didn't work.

To start, I will say that what I saw in the hotel's advertising photo is not really what I found there and I am very sorry to say these things, but it is the truth. To begin with, I will say that we arrived and there was no one at the reception; the entire reception area had only one light on, everything else was off. It seemed like I had entered a movie set and there was a sign that said "call this number". We had to call that number to check in, which seemed unusual to me. Then, we had to go down to the lobby area to use the only microwave in the whole hotel, as there was none in the rooms. Adding to all this, the water in the bathtub almost filled up to ankle height because the water did not drain smoothly, which started to encourage us to leave the hotel, thus losing a lot of money for the five-day rental I had made. I say this from my perspective; maybe what you are reading does not share my opinion until you get there, and I hope they change at least some of the things I am commenting on.

It’s an older facility that looks like it was updated about 20 years ago and hasn’t been touched since. I don’t mind if rooms are old if they are clean. This one was not clean. I don’t know that we would stay there again.
