Great location and space!
I planned a girls trip to San Diego and stayed here - 5/5 starts would definitely recommend! The house was amazing and in a perfect location overlooking the horse track. We especially loved the spacious outdoor patio and pool/spa. Alexander was also great and quickly replied to any questions we had. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, great location, perfect for our needs. Had issues with the wifi, which caused some additional concerns using the WiFi enabled tablet, but generally Alexander was prompt in responding and very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely stay. Thank you Alexander!

Private retreat perfect for groups and small celebrations
My husband and I rented this property for our San Diego wedding weekend to stay with some of our wedding party. Alexander was extremely communicative and attentive throughout the visit and we had everything we needed. The house was perfect - homey with modern touches and very clean. Loved the big deck where we could get some sun during the day or hang out in the evenings. The main disappointment about our stay was we didn’t have time to go to the races - can see how this house would be absolutely perfect for a group holiday at the racetrack. Location of this house is hard to beat, close to beaches/shopping/grocery/other coastal towns. House itself feels very private and tucked away. Overall, we are extremely happy with how our stay went and would absolutely recommend it to others. We’d love to come back one day! Thanks for everything and having us stay at this incredible house.
