- Maison entièrement rénovée (confortable en toutes saisons) comprenant: un grand séjour, un salon TV, 4 chambres dont 3 avec lits doubles (séparables sur demande) et 1 chambre plutôt adaptée à un enfant, 3 salles de bains, une grande cuisine équipée (Nespresso, Micro-onde, vitro-céramique...), pouvant accueillir bébés et enfants en bas-age (lits parapluie et chaise haute)

Charming stay at Ca’n Bob
We were lucky enough to spend a month at Ca’n Bob and really enjoyed our stay. The house oozes charm and is beautifully presented in a traditional, rustic Mallorcan style. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean throughout. The garden is a lovely place to relax and the views from the roof terrace are breathtaking. Soller is a great base for walking and cycling and we loved being able to pop to the cooperativa for great local produce as well as walking into town and further afield to the port and mountains. We highly recommend Ca’n Bob for a relaxing holiday and can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable country house with beautiful garden in walking distance to Soller
We spent two relaxing weeks at this spacious house. It is nicely decorated with old furniture which makes it feel like a real home and not a holiday rental. We took all meals outside at the big table under the pergola in the beautiful garden. The kitchen is well equipped with all dishes and kitchen appliances you can think of. There is also a washing machine for quick laundry. We extremely liked the roof terrace at sunrise and sunset with its panoramic views of the Soller valley, the orange orchards and the mountains. The pool area is nice with sunbeds and an umbrella. We used the three double bedrooms and they were all comfortable. The two upper bedrooms have fantastic views. The ground floor bedrooms are a bit darker and have windows to the neighboring orange garden. The area is very calm as it is a dead end path. Instead of street noise you might notice some rural animals (donkeys, roosters..). We appreciated the shop of the local cooperative nearby where we bought almost all our nourishments. It is an ideal location if you like hiking as you can start many tours from this place without having to drive. Many restaurants in Soller are also within walking distance and to Port de Soller it is a short drive of 5 minutes. The owner provided us with detailed indications how to find the house and sent us useful information about the house and the area.

Une superbe semaine entre mer et montagne et au milieu des orangers
Rien ne manque dans cette magnifique propriété et vous vous sentez immédiatement chez vous dès votre arrivée. On peut presque regretter le trop beau temps en cette fin de printemps et de n'avoir pas pu profiter davantage de l'intérieur et des deux salons chaleureux ; mais il faudra revenir en hiver... Petit déjeuner le matin sous la tonnelle, avant d'attaquer les belles randonnées des alentours ou les visites des villages de la Transmuntana. Le soir, après un plouf dans la jolie piscine, le repas toujours sous la tonnelle grâce à la cuisine très bien équipée où rien ne manque. Les soirs d'été, quand la fraîcheur peine à tomber, la terrasse du second étage vous tend ses rambardes et doit vous aider à capter le souffle léger du vent marin en provenance de Port Soller. A moins de 400 m à pied, une coopérative agricole offre fruits, légumes, un peu d'épicerie et de charcuterie. Et en 15 petites minutes à pied, vous êtes au village, pour faire le marché ou prendre le petit train vers Palma ou Port Soller. Merci à Côme. Ca'n Bob restera un excellent souvenir pour une découverte de Majorque.

Fabulous villa in beautiful surroundings
We had an amazing time at C'an Bob. The villa was very big for our family of 6 plus a baby. Beautiful location, about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Soller or 25 minutes to Fornalutx on the track. Communication with Come was very good and I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to visit again soon.

Great stay in Can Bob
We had a great time in Cn Bob. The house is absolutly beautifull with stuning mountain views and a nice garden and outdoor seting. The kids loved the pool. The location of the house is perfect starter pont for hiking, cyceling or beach life in Port de Soller. We will defently rebook for our next trip to Soller!

Girls trip
We loved the Ca'n Bob. It was absolutely perfect for us. We were a group of 7 gals and only two of us had to share a bed which was no big deal. Otherwise we all slept comfortably in our own beds. The parents of the owner came by one day and they were both very nice and a pleasure to meet. We all hope to return many times. Word of advice, rent a small car or just walk or take the bus where you need to go.

Wünderschöne Berge
Das Haus ist wunderschön mit Blick auf die Berge gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist grandios. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr geschmackvoll zum Stil des Hauses eingerichtet. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss zu machen. Das Autofahren in Soller ist ein kleines Abenteuer und nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Aufenthalt war großartig.

Property is located outside of town but we regularly walked in to the square (15 mins). The house was well equipped so we cooked several nights. The garden was great fun exploring all the plants and the kids enjoyed the pool.

A perfect place to enjoy Mallorca
We stayed at „Can Bob“ as two families with a total of 5kids (age 3months - 8years) and enjoyed our time from the very first moment. The hosts were friendly, flexible and always available via mail . The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood in walking distance to the Center of Soller (perfect for a quick trip to shop or eat ice cream) or as a starting point for hikes (with or without kids). We spent a lot of time in the spacious garden or at the pool and liked the fact, that there was plenty of room for both parties inside. All in all, we highly recommend a stay at this location and would very much like to come back there ourselves

A wonderful villa in beautiful Soller
We had the most wonderful holiday in Ca'n Bob. We love this part of Mallorca and have visited many times this however was our first time staying in Ca'n Bob and we loved it. It is a beautiful villa with everything we could ask for. The villa feels like home and we particularly loved the pool, roof terrace and garden. The owner Come was on hand for any query and communication before and during our stay was excellent. We loved it so much we would love to book again for next year. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

C’an Bob 2022 stay
Overall we enjoyed the property’s location and the host(s) we’re very friendly, helpful and responsive. but we were very disappointed with the description of the villa and it’s reality. This made our stay compromised and at times uncomfortable. 1. Rooms The property said it had 5 bedrooms, however 2 of these were very small singles - one extremely small. The one in the cellar linked to the utility room was in our opinion not really a bedroom but an area where a bed was placed - unusable as it was dark, smelt very musty and of the chemicals from the utility room. Not a place any of us would wish to sleep at any time. The smallest single room on the ground floor by the front door, which was a bedroom, was extremely small (tiny) and did not have any air conditioning and wasn’t usable. 2. Air conditioning The property details say all bedrooms have air conditioning (“in every bedrooms and living room”). The ground floor single did not have any air con and was stifling all day and night with the heat. As such it was unusable. As a result of 1 and 2, we had to move the bed from the ground floor single and set up a bedroom in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen (which had air con). Not a great solution but the only one available to us - this resulted in members of our party not being able to access the kitchen at all times as this would wake the person in the makeshift bedroom and it also resulted in poor nights’ sleep for the person staying in there. Given we were a party of 6 adults and we expected 5 bedrooms all with air conditioning, this was not the reality. The temporary nature of a hastily set up bedroom in the dining room and it’s compromise to the kitchen was very disappointing. Sadly, as much as the hosts were friendly and helpful people and the property in a beautiful location, the property was not as described and such we would expect some form of refund for our stay.

Tranquility and beauty
We were a group of four adults and this villa was perfect for us. The villa is clearly a family home and is very relaxing to be in. The outside areas are the best bit though- the covered dining area was where we spent most of our time, so beautiful. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful! We walked into Soller for dinner and spent a wonderful week exploring this very special area of Mallorca. We didn’t want to go home!!

Characterful traditional Mallorca home in the orange and lemon groves
A property full of character. Set amounts orange and lemon groves . A beautiful Mediterranean garden full of wonderful scents from jasmine and orange blossom . Lovely areas to sit out , eat and relax. Interior of house , comfortable and relaxing , full of character . Only downside , swimming pool was out of action but we were there in march and the owners probably thought that no one of right mind would want to swim . We , however, love cold water swimming … would have been good to have known that it was going to be out of action in advance .

Wundervolle Woche!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ein wundervolles, traditionell mallorquinischen Haus, sehr geräumig, liebevoll ausgestattet mit mit schönen alten Möbeln, mit vielen kleinen Räumen, in die man sich zurückziehen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben es genossen, jeden Abend mit der Familie auf der beleuchteten Terrasse zu essen. Den Pool haben nur die Hartgesottenen unter uns genutzt, es war doch schon ein wenig zu kalt dafür im Oktober. Sehr nett fand ich, dass Comes Vater an einem Abend vorbei kam, um zu fragen, ob wir uns wohlfühlen, ein reizender Herr. Alles in allem können wir das Haus nur empfehlen, auch die Lage ist einfach wunderbar! Was zum Thema Autos geschrieben wurde, ist richtig, aber in die Sierra Tramuntara sollte man eh nur mit kleinen Autos fahren, die Dörfer in der Sierra sind einfach nicht für große Autos gemacht.
