Lovely house
We had a lovely stay. The location was perfect and only a short walk to shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The property had everything we needed - good kitchen supplies etc. I really enjoyed the pool (although it was freezing!) and outside area. It's a quiet area and you barely hear any neighbours. The bed linen and pillows could do with an update though, particularly given the price point of the property.

Beautiful town house close to centre of Soller
We loved Casa Jardin. Very stylish interior and garden with good space for chilling out (useful as we had three days of storms during our stay!). Great location being so close to the centre.

Very happy!
The house is on an attractive, leafy, street, only a 5 minute amble to the main Plaça in the centre of town. Although close to town, it’s a quiet area, with few passers-by and barely any traffic. There is a convenience shop halfway between town and the house, so we were walking past it every day and it sold everything we needed for food etc. Parking was a little tricky. We had to drive around the local streets looking for available spaces each time we returned home, but were usually able to find a space that was a few minutes walk away and cost around EU6 for 24 hours. Once we parked out of town on the road towards the Port, which was a 15 min walk back, but was free and we could leave the car there as long as we liked. The garden is really special, it’s beautiful, peaceful, with plenty of seating areas and a very inviting pool. The garden is overlooked, as others have said, and 3 properties have a full view right over the pool area. We did see glimpses of people in these properties each day, but it didn’t bother us, and we didn't feel uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable, we all slept downstairs in the ‘basement’. The clothes storage was generous and the interior of the whole house was conveniently arranged, tidy and jolly. The air con worked well and we found the house cool and airy, only needing to turn it on for a couple of a hours in the evenings. The host, Katja, was very friendly, welcoming, easy to reach and helped us with everything we needed.

Perfect Sóller Stay
Casa Jardin was perfect for our stay in Sóller! The house was beautiful inside and even better outside. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. AC worked well, as did the washer and dryer. Outside the pool was beautiful and clean with so much space to relax and unwind. All the best places in Sóller were under a 10 minute walk away and the host was very responsive and accommodating. If you’re looking for a place a Sóller, look no further!

The garden and outdoor cooking area was the highlight. The lounge/reception area is spacious. Beds were comfortable but ground floor room cramped and some furniture rickety. The basement had a de-humidifier which was necessary, and it appeared recent bathroom works had not been completed. Nevertheless we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at the townhouse fort our family of 5. It was super clean, comfortable and had beautiful outdoor space. The location in Soller, close to the main square, restaurants and groceries etc could not be better. A truly enjoyable holiday.

Short and sweet stay in Soller
My friends and I were the lucky ones to stay in this lovely home for 3 days. Parts of it were just recently renovated and made for time there enjoyable. Overall, the location is great, just a 2 min walk from the city plaza. The home is spacious, inviting, and overall just comfortable. We almost fell asleep on the couch a couple times. The only downside is parking can be annoying if you are looking for spots at night. You'll have to park farther away and walk but worth it for this great home. Oh, Katja is the absolute best! You'll love talking to her.

Fabulous Casa Jardin
Highly recommend this beautiful townhouse in Soller as it‘s so close to the centre which had everything we were looking and more. Katya welcomed us on arrival and was so friendly and helpful. The garden and pool area was amazing and offered plenty of shady corners to enjoy. The house itself was excellent with lots of thoughtful extras.

Fantastic base for cycling and close to centre
We visited for a week and loved it! Close to the centre of Soller. 3 good size bedrooms, spacious, modern living area and the garden, pool and outdoor cooking area are a real bonus. We would definitely book again

Excellent location, pool and garden exactly like the photos, unfortunately the rest is subpar.
The location in Soller is excellent, the property is vast, lovely space. However, 2 bedrooms are basement level and one is on the ground floor with the kitchen. We had a problem with ants everywhere, the property also seems to have suffered a flood at some point with damaged flooring and a damp basement. The pool and bed is fantastic, as is the lounge. You will need to pull the curtains to have privacy, the poor neighbours might have got a show in a dash to the shower one morning. The bathrooms are okay, however the showers are poor compared to a modern standard. I'm 5'10 79kg and I struggled to fit in the downstairs one. So in summary, rent for the location as it's well placed, the Instagram ability of the pool and garden but maybe wait until a refurb.

En uge i dejlige Sollér
Perfekt beliggenhed i Sollér og et rigtig fint byhus med en fantastisk have med pool. Et rigtig fint åndehul i byen med ro og sjæl, men stadigvæk tæt på indkøb og bytorvet. Modtagelse og gennemgang af hus sammen med Katja, fungerede rigtig godt og bar præg af god energi fra værten. Vi var 5 voksne afsted og der var masser af plads til os i huset, med stor stue og 3 gode værelser. Visse elementer i hus og have bar præg af slid og kunne med fordel opfriskes/udskiftes. Vi savnede også lidt køkkenredskaber, men generelt er det et anbefalelsesværdigt hus.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist sehr gut- alles im Ort gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider findet man nur sehr schwer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe, diese auch nur gegen Gebühr. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Bäder könnten nach unserem Empfinden etwas besser gestaltet sein. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war hervorragend. Probleme wurden immer sofort behoben. Alles in Allem eine tolle Unterkunft mit einer kleinen ruhigen Oase im Hinterhof. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt Soller. Die An- und Abreise sowie Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief einwandfrei ab. Die Vermieterin stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und sorgte für einen tollen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich. Vorallem der Ausenbreich mit Pool ist ein Traum in Mitten der Stadt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft schaut genau aus wie auf den Fotos. Soller ist eine kleine schöne Stadt. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung mit Mängeln auf den 2. Blick
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber , Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig . Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Einweisung am 1. Tag sehr gut . Und doch ist aufgrund der Mängel ( Fliesen im Kellerbad von der Wand gefallen , Abnutzungsstand der Wohnung , teilweise angeschimmelte Teller im Schrank und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten ) eine Wochenmiete in dieser Höhe von über 2000€ nicht angemessen . Zusammengefasst du Wohnung ist sehr in Ordnung , preislich für das Gebotene jedoch zu hoch .

Wunderschönes ruhiges Stadthaus in Soller
Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem zierlichen Stadthaus verbracht. Die Bilder stimmen 100%-ig mit dem tatsächlichen Zustand überein. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Sogar ein Außen-Grill und Außen-Backofen sind vorhanden. Absolutes Highlight ist die Lage Mitten im Zentrum des wunderschönen Soller, und dennoch so ruhig. In wenigen Gehminuten entfernt kann man einkaufen, bei einem Kaffee das Dorfleben beobachten oder gar wunderbar zu Abendessen. Wir würden dieses kleine Stadthaus immer wieder gerne mieten. Noch mal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Euer tolles Team!!!

Wunderschönes Stadthaus in idealer Lage
Wir haben hier in dem kleinen Stadthaus einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das gilt vor allem auch für die Küche. Für mich war es eine Freude meine Songs vom Handy mit Bluetooth über Bang & Olufsen Boxen zu hören. Das sind neben der wunderschönen Einrichtung Details, die den Urlaub verschönern. Es war mein erster Urlaub so nah im Zentrum in Soller und wir haben es genossen mal schnell einen Kaffee con Leche zu genießen oder abends essen zu gehen ohne dass man ein Auto/Taxi benötigt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.
