In Sóller, directly on the sea, the beautiful 2-storey holiday home Can Joi, is situated in a quiet residential area and enchants its guests with a breathtaking outdoor area. The dreamlike accommodation has a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a dining room, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a cot and a high chair. The ultimate highlight is the furnished terrace where you have a fantastic panoramic view of Port de Sóller, the bay with its turquoise blue water and the beach. In addition, a small, beautifully-landscaped garden section with sun loungers invites you to relax and enjoy a carefree holiday. A selection of restaurants are within a radius of 100 m and a supermarket is 1.3 km away. The sandy beach Platja d'en Repic is only a few metres away.

Perfect in every way
From the moment you arrive to the town you know it’s going to be special. Then there is this property!!!!! It is truly enchanting, perfection, and utterly breathtaking. The living spaces are spacious. The view and location will blow your mind. You are just the shortest walk to the beach town that is filled with restaurants and gelato, and all kinds of shopping. You are just far enough away that you are not caught up in the busyness, but closes enough to go back and forth if you forget something. The town is perfect for small children and young teens - it is most definitely a family town but has plenty for mature adults. Shopping , spas, boat rentals, paddle boards everything one would need for a perfect vacation. The evenings on the porch, the cats all around (we LOVE animals) the gardens were so special. There is a local butler service you can call on to stock your home if you don’t want to go to the grocery store, but I kinda like shopping in far away grocery stores. We rented a car, but you don’t really need to if you are staying in Soller , there is a trolley that takes you from beach to the bigger town - Saturday street festival is really spectacular. The host was very easy to communicate with. WE LOVED IT HERE!

Perfect location
Beautiful home steps from the beach. Lovely east facing patio overlooking the bay for evening dinners out of the heat. Please note that this property is not appropriate for those who are mobility impaired. Simple, functionally equipped kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms. We did not use the dining or living rooms, since the outdoor patio was so perfect. Has a washer dryer. Parking was easy on the street out front.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage, alles sauber, Einrichtung mit Stil. Der Mitarbeiter der Agentur vor Ort ( Mats) ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, antwortete umgehend auf WhatsApp oder Telefon. Ein Problem im Haus: Die Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss und das Bad mit Toilette ist im Erdgeschoss, verbunden mit einer recht steilen Treppe. Das ist nachts etwas beschwerlich…

Es ist so wunderschön hier!!!
dass wir direkt verlängert haben. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Aussicht grandios. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist problemlos, obwohl mein Telefon ausgefallen ist (Provider-Wechsel). Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!! Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften - nach langer dunkler "Durststrecke" in Deutschland.
