Everything was fine. Alarm clock was broken but no big deal. The front desk clerk, Olivia was outstanding. She was attentive, proactive and very friendly. Great job.

Very Disappointed
I was shocked that this hotel was given an overall rating of 9.4 This hotel is old, unkempt, and in need of some serious renovation, repairs and modernisation. Here are my observations from room 3013, which was assigned to me: Jiggling left hot water tap in bathroom. The pipe was detached from the basin, and needed strength to turn on the hot water. Barroom ceiling plaster cracked from previous leak and evidence of stains from leak still present. Peeling wallpaper due to ageing and lack of care. Peeling and patched crown moulding. Thin walls causing us to hear the neighbours. Bathroom door lock faulty. Can’t get out. How guests are allowed to stay in a room like this beggers belief. There were some positives though: New carpet Comfy bed Very spacious Low rates. I am pretty tolerant but all things considered, I would not stay in this hotel again, and I would not recommend to my friends or family either.

I chose to stay at this hotel on our trip to NYC. We liked how close the hotel was to the train station. The quietness of the hotel was a direct contrast to the bustle of the city, and it was very relaxing. The water pressure was amazing and the facilities were super clean. 10/10 I plan to stay again when I visit the tristate area.

Love Crowne Plaza Edison New Jersey!!!
Room was excellent…cleaned everyday… got to the hotel early so the room wasn’t ready. Waited in the lobby 2-1/2 hours for a room. Not the hotel’s fault or mine. My flight was changed so got there too early! Stayed at this hotel last year for the convention… loved it!!! ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏😘👸
