it is clean, neat, friendly staff, helpful staff, love the sitting area in the front to relax in, love free tea and coffee (especially tea/Milk) is available all the time. Love that a great breakfast is included. just love it there and it is close to where I need to go

Power was out because of which the key cards never worked and have some one from the staff has to escort us to the room ever time A/C did not work and the shifted the room at 1 am and found some blood stains from the carpet and again shifted the room The stay was not nice in any way..

The key cards were not working. Every time you needed entry into your room, you had to go to the front desk for assistance. The room had old furniture. The room was cleaned.
