Staff is very helpful when we ask for extra blanket and toothbrush. Location is convenient since it’s right by the highway. However, it’s very loud as well.

Efficient check in and staff was on top of their game, overall very helpful. Well equipped room with kitchen stuff, clean bathroom, free coffee all day. The only thing I didn't like was their breakfast, I am gluten free and brought my own bread/bagels but the eggs were horrible, fake and I couldn't eat them. That left me with only carbs. Also they could make their rooms a bit brighter.

We came down for a short trip, but home2suites was amazing. It was the host hotel for my daughter’s dance event that wasn’t far away. We were glad it was and we were very comfortable. The staff was great also. We enjoyed our stay.

Safety issue
Everything was great except a very serious mistake by staff caused my bad review. In spite of having do not disturb and pets inside notices on my door, cleaning crew swung open the door and let themselves in, and it was only due to me grabbing my dog that a serious protective bite did not happen. This is a huge breach of safety protocol, and had their staff sustained a bite (which would be justified in that case) the liability would be on the side of the hotel.
