Systems were down
Hotel systems and WIFI were down. Made checking in and access to the rooms manual. The staff was doing everything they could but it was pretty frustrating for many guests. We were told the systems have never been down like they were during my stay.

Serenity is very clean and the rooms are spacious. But very poor service because there are no microwaves in the room we have to all go downstairs to heat up our meal. The refrigerator too small compare to other hotels. Most importantly there should be microwaves in each rooms or better still each of the floors.

Housekeeping not doing there job bed sheets dirty I have pictures to prove Coffee shop was never open till the 6th day of my stay when I was leaving and to top it off restaurant wasnt either open and lady at bar didn't want to make us drinks ignore us the whole time till we left Other than that front staff was magnificent safe area but no restaurants near by and with 2 hungry kids was harsh

Keys wouldn’t work 5 times !! was locked out of my room everytime I went to re enter, the AC was blowing hot air mixed with cigarette smoke. The tv wouldn’t turn on, so they ripped the tv out of the wall to try to fix it and left it a mess. And each night was just miserable because I was so incredibly hott. Not a good experience what’s so ever!! Do not recommend

I will return
Hotels.com used expedia to book my room and it showed up with an error on their end.The hotel said dont worry about it and we'll take care of it with them. They gave me peace of mind and excellent service. My card that was put on hold, money was returned in 24hrs. Overall the service was great!
