Great Nephew Graduation
We came to go to our great nephew’s high school graduation and needed a place to stay. The lake house cottage is close by and very comfortable. Additionally there is easy access to anything we might need or want to do along with our trip’s purpose. This property is by far our favorite place when we come to the Caldwell area.

Very nice rental
This was an extremely nice rental. Both bedrooms were very spacious and the kitchen and living room were perfect. The owners left eggs and bagels for us for breakfast which was perfect! I would definitely recommend this rental if you are in the area. We were attending a Land Rover event about 15 minutes away. Everything was very accessible. The only downside is that there is no driveway, so you park on the street.

Great house!
My son and I stayed here while in town for a football weekend. Not too far to get to College Station, and nice to get out of the crowds at night. The neighborhood was a little noisy, but not bothersome. Hosts were wonderful and the house worked out perfectly for us.

This was the perfect house for our family weekend at Lake Somerville. The house was clean, clutter-free, and comfortable! All of the thoughtful touches like face wipes and breakfast were greatly appreciated! My kids loved playing Uno and making s’mores. We would definitely stay here again! Wonderful property!

The house smell was wonderful and was in a great location. When we left, we made sure to take the trash, put the sheets and pillow cases at the end of the bed and emptied the dishwasher Even though you didn't ask, but that's what we would accept . 10/10, we will be staying here again! -Kelly and Moe

Very comfortable, roomy place. Clean. Special touches all around. Wild turkeys in the yard every morning between 7-730. Loved seeing them and listening to the gobble @nd fluff feathers. Close to lake.

Just Like Home
This is the second time that we have stayed here and each time we have been very comfortable with all the accommodations. Always going the extra mile by supplying basic grocery items for breakfast. The house is always spotless and cozy. The beds and the bedding are crisp, clean and so comfortable that you don’t want to leave.

Wonderful comfy house, beautifully remodeled. Very responsive and flexible owners included many thoughtful touches-food items, q-tips and hair scrunchies, other things someone might have forgotten. Comfy bed, pillows, sheets, towels. Nice large TV. Would definitely stay again!

Super Cute!
This house is super cute with lots of little extras like flip flops for the lake, hair ties & items for breakfast. Unfortunately, we were spending most of our time in College Station but the house had everything we needed & much more. The beds were very comfortable. The host was great at communicating & even warned us of possible bad weather headed our way & where the candles & first aid kit were. Thanks for a great stay!
