Great room, clean, aircon, great pool. Beach is surrounded by river water so looks murky. Didn’t swim in it. Buffet breakfast was hit and miss. Staff friendly and helpful

The layout, location is awesome however felt being under utilised. The staff was very humble and helping. The hotel management can level up and make a premium accommodation. Also the management can add more activities, better dining options, and more charming staff to make it more attractive for guests, more profitable for themselves as a business. Also they can provide variety in breakfast buffet day by day, rahter having alsmost same breakkie options whole week. Also found overall Fiji very expensive including charges in this resort compared to other south asian tropical destinations, making it feel like not worth visiting again. Hope this feedback can be taken positively.

Quiet and tranquil with super friendly staff welcoming you with Bula at times. Rooms and facilities are spacious. Prefect for family with young ones. We found the restaurant and food options very limited at the resort.

Our stay was relaxing with plenty of activities and the most welcoming staff. The accommodation facilities are great although a little dated, housekeeping was excellent and the pool and bar area’s excellent. The view from Sun lounges on the beach is amazing. The kids activity area requires a serious overhaul but the kids still had fun. Hydrosports provide a great service. Food from buffets was excellent although the daily lunch and room service menu could do with an overhaul to give better variety. Altogether great value resort a little out of town but worth the drive.

A beautiful resort, with all the options available, Doubletree ticked all the boxes for us as first time visitors to Fiji. Staff are wonderful, they remember your name and are so friendly. Staff at front desk were so professional and willing to help us make phone calls when we needed (we did not have phone coverage). They made my husband's birthday celebration one to always remember,!

Buffet resulted in both of us having upset stomachs, but a la carte restaurant can be recommended. Swimming in the sea not advisable due to dirty water. Bures are great, spacious and quiet, staff excellent.

Everything about this place was amazing. Special appreciation to Aporosa and Davina for making our stay so enjoyable, welcoming and special. We will be coming back to Doubletree and we cannot recommend this place enough for its absolutely outstanding and incredible hospitality.

Room service was average as we had to keep asking for water and towels and the maid even locked us out one day while out on the balcony. Dining staff too keen to get you to sign for your food before you had finished. Buffet was expensive and mostly cold.
