One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and we felt safe sleeping under the covers! My kids enjoyed the pool! The ceiling vents were falling apart in the pool area, but other then that it was a fantastic stay!

Room had a musty smell when we arrived. We could hear the people in the room next to ours until about 1:00am( very loud and rude people). Then as we were leaving early for our ride home, you could hear someone in the same room vomiting. Comfort Inn used to be a nice place to stay. The last 2 we've stayed at haven't been good at all.

The gentleman who checked us in was so nice. It’s the first time anyone asked our floor preference! Friendly, polite & professional Room was fine. Frig with freezer section, 2 sinks so coffee maker was not in the bathroom like other places All in all satisfied

The stay overall was good. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean but the entrance doors were very old, loud and looked like they could fall off the frame any minute. The elevator was also very loud and scary to ride in. The staff was average. Not super welcoming like I’d expect from a Texas staff. The room walls were thin, we could hear our neighbor’s walking and being very loud at 2am, woke us from a dead sleep. For the price, I expected a much nicer hotel.

Reservation for King - 1 bed turned into a handicap room with an extra small sink. Unacceptable, although allowed to change to a standard room it was challenging. We like this hotel; but, allocating handicap rooms to be assigned as a regular room is not right.
