Disappointing Stay
When booking a room i wasn't aware we would be placed outside of the selected room choosen due to pets. My husband has a disability with paralysis on one side of his body due to this I was unable to bath him due to no bath chair nor shower seat as shown in the room selection choosen specifically for this. Every hotel stay we always carry my husband service animal (shitzu) since his massive stroke 1 yr ago. Due to this I am very selective on hotel stays as this is not an easy task with my husband's condition. All in all our stay was not what I had anticipated when I booked the room of choice. Pet selection should be noted when booking so one is well aware of the downgrade one is getting prior to booking or checking in. I paid for convenience not an inconvenience.....

The ool was closed, and it is too close to the highway with no landscaping barriers for noise or view. The surrounding of the property is unkept. The free breakfast was basic and minimum options.
