Great Value - Heart of the Wine Country - Pool-Hot Tub 3K 1Q Bedroom

Located at the end of a private road, down a tree-lined lane, in a quiet neighborhood, this house has it all. With plenty of room both inside and outside, your family or group will be comfortable staying here while enjoying the Sonoma wine country.

The newly refinished outside pool area has a waterfall from the upper hot tub. The large deck around the pool provides lots of room to relax and enjoy a swim and a barbecue dinner after a day of wine country experiences.

This casually decorated split-level house provides lots of privacy for your group as it has three big king bedrooms and one queen bedroom and two large hallway accessed bathrooms, sleeps eight easily. There are two bedrooms downstairs and a full hallway bathroom with one bedroom off the back patio area. On the middle level is a queen bedroom and on the upper level a king bedroom with a full hallway accessed bathroom. This can be used by both the king and queen bedrooms. A large living/TV room and desk area is also located on the upper level. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the items your chef will need for cooking.

The house is within a few miles of excellent restaurants, world-class wineries, gourmet grocery stores, great hiking, and bicycle trails, and only five miles from the historic plaza.

The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron, and ironing board. A large flat screen smart TV with high-speed Xfinity cable is in the living room. Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning and a barbeque. are included as well as all paper supplies, linens and inside and outside pool towels. There is a parking lot for three cars off the street.

Please Note: This house is ideal for close friends or families. The pool is not covered so young children and toddlers need to be closely watched. There are stairs inside and outside the house. The house cannot be used as a party house. We do not allow any amplified music inside or outside. These are not our rules but are the Sonoma County Vacation Rental requirements.

The summer pool heating fee is $150/4 night stay. This will be charged on all reservations. The pool is heated from May to October (it will be removed from November through April). Although we luv our pets, please check with us on our pet policy for this property. If you have a registered service dog, please notify us. We hope you choose this property.

Girls weekend

Celebrated with adult kids and grade school granddaughters. They loved the pool and spa! Only improvement I suggest is handrails in pool entry and spa stairs and entry - was a bit difficult for Nana due to her mobility and balance issues.

Beautiful house, pool, spa with great location!
This house and the backyard with pool and spa was absolute perfection! The house is beautifully laid out and decorated, the pool area had lovely furniture (we ate breakfast and played board games out there a lot), and the hot tub waterfall into the pool made for a serene sound and atmosphere perfect for decompressing after a long day of sightseeing and wine tasting.

Quiet Spot In Wine Country
Manager Sandy was very helpful and considerate. The house is nice a quiet and comfortable enough however is in need of some small renovation and upgrade of the bathrooms and kitchen. The heated pool and spa was great to have.

Very nice place and easily convenient to downtown Sonoma. Kitchen stocked with everything needed and comfortable beds. The garden was gorgeous. Great location, great property
This property is very nice and within 10-15 minute drive to the square in Sonoma. The pool is kept very clean and is very comfortable. We had 6 adults staying in the house and every couple had a king size bed. The place was very comfortable and clean. We are looking forward to our next visit to Sonoma. Also wanted to give a shout out to Sandy the property manager! She was very communicative and sent lots of emails with recommendations of things to do and see. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice place - great location, close or centrally located to all our activities. Family loved the pool and hot tub. We each had our own space - that was wonderful. Great house with many thoughtful details to make your stay better. Clean and well-maintained. Wi-fi satisfied our teens. Not for mobility-challenged, since lots of stairs outside and in. Pool and hot tub are excellent - we paid to have the pool heated and it was pleasant even in 60F weather. Quiet and secluded neighborhood, but close to restaurants/activities.
