Bien. Es un buen hotel de paso, el desayuno buffet rico, el personal siempre amable, pero mal y casi obsoleto servicio en la piscina. En las habitaciones falta el clóset y los colchones no son tan cómodos como desearía.

Hotel nuevo y recomendable para compartir en familia. El desayuno buffet muy bueno y la atención del Restaurante excelente. El único punto negro fueron las dos recepcionistas, muy mal servicio, muy groseras, no saben tratar a los clientes ni sus requerimientos. Necesitan capacitación en servicio urgente.

Excelente, lo recomiendo.
Es un lugar relativamente nuevo, excelente cuidado, la atención del personal es muy buena. Un solo detalle, una mañana amanecí sin agua por un mantenimiento. Por lo demás excelente. La ubicación excelente, el restaurante de lo mejor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Toda la propiedad esta bien solo el.personal de recepcion que se nos extravío una llave dentro del hotel ya que son muy pequeñas y nos dijeron que no tenían copias iguales si no de metal eso fue en la noche a primera hora anduvimos buscando y como a las 9 de la mañana llegamos a recepción y ya la tenian en recepción y nos dijeron que era copia ? Esa que estaba estaba algo sucia y el joven nervioso la guarda y luego la estaba limpiando y poniendo número nuevamente y nos cobran al retirarnos del hotel 120,000 peso por la llave dandonos cuenta otra habitación le ocurre igualmente lo mismo, la llave sobrevalorada y el personal la encuentra y la cobran
