⚠️Arnaque, prestations trompeuses, photos ne reflétant pas l'état de cette maison des années 80 !
Maison dans son jus, lifting grossier ! Colonne SDB1 non fixée SDB2 support pommeau cassé lattes de lit manquantes, chambre 4 sans photo: 2 lits superposés dans 8m2. La maison ne fait pas 140m2 document officiel 100m2 pas de "bain à remous" lave-vaisselle ne lave pas. MAIS RIEN comparé aux poils cheveux bac douche baignoire lavabos encrassés ET oreillers marrons de transpirations draps tâchés, sang souillures non identifiées sable dans WC SDB chambres, vaisselles mal lavées, rangées tel quel. Impossible de s'installer la dedans. Signalé immédiatement à ABRITEL: photos, vidéos factuelles dossier litige n°130127xxx, sans proposition de solution. Nous achetons oreillers draps taies javel éponges neuves, celles sur place infectes les 2 torchons idem. Puis 3h de ménage à 4, désinfectant javel. Surprise le soir: un cabanon jouxte la maison, il est occupé ! Toute la semaine (des ados) accès par le long de la piscine. Vérification du plan cadastral donné à ABRITEL: cabanon non déclaré dans l’annonce, la propriétaire obligée de la corriger. Vexée elle refusera de nous rembourser, malgré son engagement verbal, l'achat des produits des linges propres ! Ce récit décrit aux amis hossegoriens, seignossais chefs d'entreprise enracinés içi, nous disent connaitre l’état d'esprit, la réputation de la famille Flory. Hélas trop tard pour nous. Dissimulations intentionnelles, absence jouissance pleine et paisible, dol (Articles 1231-1 et 1137 du C. Civil) Dans l'attente de la réponse d'ABRITEL
