Villa of the Basque-Landes type from the 1930s, built on a plot of approximately 987 m² of wooded and sandy land. The set is simple and rustic but the location is quiet and wooded.

Living room/stay of 35 m²env, exposed South-East, on terrace in raw cement. Open period kitchen (2.17x4.04): 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 (4.56x4.04): 1 bed 140.
Bedroom 2 with sink (3.10x3.51) facing South: 1 bed 140.
Bedroom 3 (3.51x2.97): 2 bunk beds and 1 bed 90.
Mezzanine above the living room: 2 beds in 90.
Small shower room (2.44x2.53) with sink and walk-in shower. WC.
Basement: washing machine. By an independent exterior access in the semi-basement, ceilings at 1.97m: Bedroom 4 (2.72x3.71) with cupboard: 1 bed in 140 and in a row
bedroom 5 (2.85x3.72): 1 cot and 1 child's bed. Bathroom (1.60x3.72): bath, basin and shower (0.97x0.80 with a height of 1.84m) - Separate WC.

Highly sought after area for a good holiday. "The white beach" of the marine lake on foot and that of "la Gravière" nearby. The whole is simple and rustic, but the location is quiet and wooded. The terrace is cemented, the garden is partly sandy and undergrowth (arbutus and cork oaks). Ideal for family vacations. Household linen is not included in rentals. Out of season, provide heating package, contact us. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Maison agréable, lumineuse, très bien située. Le chauffage uniquement par radiateur est étonnant au début, mais au final très performant. Le contact avec l'agence efficace et agréable.
