Olá, como já marquei as qualidades com 4 ou 5 estrelas só vou falar do que não gostei. Cama de casal é muito pequena, poderia ter quartos com somente uma cama Queen e sem a de solteiro, para o Hóspede poder escolher. E a pressão da água é muito baixa, pelo menos no quarto que fiquei é bem ruim, não da para usar a ducha higiênica com uma pressão tão baixa e a torneira dela também estava saindo a parte que abre e fecha. Outra coisa que fiquei bem triste e que dificilmente voltarei nesse hotel é a ducha, só saia agua no meio dela, não espalhava a água, devem ser 2 motivos, a pressão da água como já falei e entupimento, quando vamos pra um hotel no mínimo queremos que o conforto seja igual a nossa casa, mas nossa estadia não foi bem assim, foi a primeira vez que fiquei no Garrafão e muito possivelmente a última, ficamos decepcionados. Triste.

Uma experiência TERRÍVEL, nunca mais passo nem perto deste hotel, tem bons quartos, café da manhã muito bom, mas o recepcionista passou a noite mandando mensagem e ligando para o apartamento só para inverter a posição do carro o que não faz nenhum sentido e nem atrapalha em Nada. Não recomendo.
Teria que ficar com a traseira para parede , sendo que tem um carro lá com a frente pra parede, e não falaram o motivo dessa besteira.
